About Me
Hi, I’m Brent, a seasoned chef with over a decade of professional experience. I've worked at a number of restaurants including Michelin-Starred Gramercy Tavern and Thai Diner in New York as well as Avec in Chicago. Most recently, I've worked as a private chef for families and large-scale events. I'm passionate about seasonal cooking using locally-sourced ingredients to create simple but exciting flavors.
I want to bring the hospitality and experience of a restaurant into your home. Whether it’s a party for your closest friends, a celebratory tasting menu, or just a casual weeknight family dinner, I’ll work with you to build a custom menu for any occasion. My goal is for you to relax and enjoy the meal. I'm excited to cook for you!
